CREDIT CARD
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards for order payment. Our charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Accessibility dot Net"

SHIPPING:
The following are our shipping charges:
$7.00 if the total order is under $30.00
$12.00 if the total order is $30.01 to $50.00
$17.00 if the total order is $50.01 to $100.00
$25.00 if the total order is $100.01 to $200.00
$35.00 if the total order is over $200.01
We provide via Ground delivery when ordered from the Internet. Faster delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call for price.

SALES TAX
We must charge sales tax on all orders within the state of Nebraska (NE). No sales tax will be charged to orders from other locations, or tax exempt organizations. (Please provide tax exempt certificate with order.)

EXPIRATION OF PRICES
All discounted prices provided on quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise indicated.  To confirm prices after the expiration date please contact us direct toll free at 866-539-4357.

ORDERING BY FAX
Make a copy and complete the order form found at Order Form , and fax it to 402-491-3221. Make sure that you have included your credit card number. (There is no need to include a cover page with your fax.)
